Carlie Hanson has released her latest single "Toxins" today, which was produced by Big Taste (Justin Bieber, Madison Beer, Echosmith). Equal parts catchy and rhythmic, "Toxins" is a relatable examination of youth culture and the first taste of the singer-songwriter's forthcoming debut EP. Listen to it now HERE.

"I wrote Toxins about the bad habits I picked up after I moved away from my little town and started getting homesick!" Hanson said about the track. "It's a song I think a lot of people can relate to, especially when they move to a new place."
After performing at several notable US festivals this summer including Bumbershoot in Seattle and Summerfest in Milwaukee, Hanson embarked on a successful tour with Jeremy Zucker. Earlier this week, she began another run with pop superstar Troye Sivan on his fall "Bloom Tour", which will take them to numerous major cities including Los Angeles, Chicago and San Francisco. In under two years, 18-year old Carlie Hanson has made her way from working at a McDonalds drive thru in a small Wisconsin town to becoming a full-fledged artist and songwriter that has graced the pages of iconic fashion magazines CR Fashion Book and Remix Magazine. She has self-released four vibrant breakout tracks which have a collective 50 million-plus streams. Her viral hit "Only One" is prominently featured on Apple Music's A-List Pop Playlist as well as an Apple Music Playlist curated by Taylor Swift and Spotify's Today's Top Hits. Hanson released her debut music video for the song earlier this year, which was directed by directing duo Similar But Different (Dani Girdwood and Charlotte Fassler) with an all-female crew. The video accrued hundreds of thousands of views in just a few weeks and garnered attention from Sirius Hits 1 radio station on SiriusXM. Watch it now  HERE .
