Modern Pleasure are sharing a new track ‘Charonné’, which follows close on the heels of recent single ‘Bliss Up’, which was produced by Grammy-nominee Bryan Wilson (Wolf Alice, Florence and The
Machine, Arctic Monkeys). Speaking about the track, the band say; “Charonné is the fictitious subject in a lot of our songs. She has many faces. In this one it’s regret.”
The new release follows successful singles from the Leeds-based band through 2016 - including ‘Messina’ and ‘White Heels’ - which drew Radio 1 (Annie Mac) & Radio X airplay, alongside a slot at Barclay’s British Summertime and over 1.5 million Spotify streams.
Previously blog favourites Goodbye Chanel, Modern Pleasure are Scott Johnson, Giuseppe De Luca, Sean Goodchild, Graham Robson and Adam (Wheels) Taylor.
