PALE WAVES have announced their highly anticipated debut album. MY MIND MAKES NOISES will be released on 14 September through Dirty Hit and will feature the singles THERE’S A HONEY, TELEVISION ROMANCE, KISS and the new single EIGHTEEN, which was premiered as Annie Mac’s Hottest Record on BBC Radio 1.
The album is available to pre-order now on digital platforms, CD and limited edition translucent red vinyl through the band’s store now. The first 1000 CD or vinyl pre-orders will each come with an exclusive, original photograph from the band’s personal archive.
The album’s release comes ahead of the band’s UK, Europe, Ireland and North American headline tours, including their biggest headline show to date at London O2 Shepherds Bush Empire. The tour will follow key appearances at festivals across the world, including Reading and Leeds, Summer Sonic and Lollapalooza amongst many others. Tickets are on sale now

Following multiple sold-out UK, USA and European tours, the band now play a sold-out date at London Heaven later this month followed by a huge run of festival dates this summer.

PALE WAVES have unveiled the video for THE TIDE, shot on their headline North American tour. THE TIDE is the third track to taken from the band’s forthcoming ALL THE THINGS I NEVER SAID EP, released by Dirty Hit Records on 16 March, and follows the recent singles NEW YEAR’S EVE and MY OBSESSION.
The release comes shortly after the band were named as the #5 artist on the prestigious BBC Sound Of 2018 Shortlist.
PALE WAVES have announced a UK and European headline tour for Spring 2018. The run of dates will be their biggest so far and follows their USA and European arena tour support with The 1975 and their recent sold out UK and European tours. The band are currently on their debut North American headline tour throughout November and December.
The band have also revealed their new single, NEW YEAR’S EVE, the third from the rising Manchester four-piece following THERE’S A HONEY and TELEVISION ROMANCE which, between them, have amassed almost 3 million views on YouTube to date.

PALE WAVES have unveiled the video for their debut single, THERE’S A HONEY, set for release by Dirty Hit Records on 21 April. Vocalist Heather says of the song and the video: “There’s A Honey is a song about a failed relationship; the sense of desperation, contrasting feelings and insecurities. For the first Pale Waves video we wanted to create something that was minimal and beautiful, drawing inspiration from American sculptor Daniel Wurtzel; romantic yet evoking a feeling of claustrophobia”.
The Manchester four-piece are the latest signing to Dirty Hit Records and have recently played sold out shows across the UK on the inaugural Dirty Hit tour alongside Superfood and King Nun. The band have now headed out as special guests on The 1975 North American tour, taking in 31 dates throughout April, May and into June, including Austin, San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Denver, Detroit, Montreal, Niagara Falls and a show at the iconic Madison Square Gardens in New York.
