UK headline tour in April + select festival dates
Directed by Kyle Thrash, the video for 'After the Party' unfolds as a frenetic short film following a young couple through Dairy Queen parking lots, trashed apartments, house parties, motel rooms, pool halls, and rooftops. The video’s gritty yet romantic sensibility perfectly captures the spirit of the song—a bittersweet anthem that Menzingers singer/guitarist Greg Barnett has described as “mundane moments etched behind eyelids that culminate into meaningful realizations, and of course give way to the beautiful trifecta of Sex! Drugs! Rock n Roll!”
The Menzingers have shared a new song 'Thick as Thieves', taken from their album 'After The Party', which is out February 3rd. As previously announced, The Menzingers will tour the UK in support
of 'After The Party' this coming April with a date at London's iconic Koko on 19th April plotted, as well as an appearance at Belgium's Groezrock Festival.
In celebration of the new album, The Menzingers have created an 'After The Party' beer with Neshaminy Creek. The band explains, “we’re very excited to announce we’re collaborating with our friends at Neshaminy Creek once again. This time it will be an Irish-style Dry Stout brewed with English maris otter malt and conditioned on Reanimator coffee. 4% ABV and it is absolutely crushable.”
the Menzingers have released the video for ‘Lookers,’ the lead single from their upcoming fifth album ‘After the Party’ (due out February 3 via Epitaph Records). Directed by Sean Stout at
Terroreyes.tv, the video for ‘Lookers’ captures the Philadelphia-based punk band’s rousing live performance in stark black and white.
High-energy and warmly nostalgic, ‘Lookers’ finds the Menzingers paying tribute to their time spent in Asbury Park, weaving in images of smoke-filled diners and Jersey-girl heartbreakers.
“We have a very close connection with the Asbury Park scene,” says Menzingers singer/guitarist Greg Barnett. “It’s like a second home for the band, and ‘Lookers’ is a little love story about all the fond memories of the times we’ve spent there.”
Produced by Will Yip (Title Fight, Balance & Composure, Pianos Become the Teeth), ‘After the Party’ arrives as the follow-up to the Menzingers’ widely acclaimed 2014 album ‘Rented World’. Throughout ‘After the Party,’ Barnett and his fellow singer/guitarist Tom May, bassist Eric Keen, and drummer Joe Godino bring anthemic harmonies and larger-than-life melodies to deeply nuanced songwriting about getting older but not quite growing up.
In February the Menzingers will embark on a US headline tour with Jeff Rosenstock and Rozwell Kid as support before heading to the UK and Europe in April for a headline tour with special guests The Flatliners. They’ll also be playing Groezrock Festival in Belgium.

The Menzingers are set to make their return to the UK in April 2017 with a seven date UK tour and The Flatliners will be joining them as Special Guests. They’ll also be heading out to Germany
for a few shows, as well as playing legendary punk festival Groezrock in Belgium. Tickets for the headline dates will be on sale this Thursday at 10am from the ticket link below. This run of dates
will follow the release of The Menzingers’ eagerly awaited fifth full-length ‘After the Party’, which will be out February 3, 2017 via Epitaph Records.
Most recently in the UK last month, The Menzingers have made a habit of selling out venues on these shores and, indeed, around the globe. Armed with a new set of anthemic choruses, furious power chords, and larger-than-life melodies, they’ll be bringing a fresh batch of classic singalong opportunities to their dedicated and burgeoning fanbase in 2017.
The Menzingers made their Epitaph debut with 2012’s ‘On The Impossible Past’, which was voted Album of the Year by Rock Sound Magazine, Absolute Punk and Punk News. Released in 2014, its follow up ‘Rented World’ was praised as “packed with clever songwriting” by The New York Times and declared “a colossal fist-pumper” by Stereogum. The forthcoming album ‘After The Party’ is much anticipated.
