TREEBOY & ARC

Announce new track ‘White’ – Listen HERE

‘Not Yet’ EP out Friday 1st December, 2017

Treeboy & Arc – a post-punk four-piece from Leeds – share a brand new track titled ‘White’. The track is taken from the band’s debut ‘Not Yet’ EP, which features three other tracks including the already released ‘Merge’.

The band explain: “’White’ was the first song we wrote as a band. Songs have come and gone but this has stuck around. It’s about wanting to be productive and do things, yet lacking the full motivation to do so.”

Treeboy & Arc, who formed at college in Leeds, have since been taking their frantic, high-energy performances to various venues, opening for the likes of The Wytches, Parquet Courts and Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever and more. Not Yet captures the energy of their live performances and draws on brooding aggression and krautrock-infused-post punk.

Not Yet, recorded at Suburban Home Studios, will be released on Friday 1st December 2017, but available or pre-order now.

Tour dates:

9/11/17 - Shacklewell Arms, London

6/12/17 - Brudenell Social Club, Leeds (w/Drahla joint EP release show)

Treeboy & Arc are: George Townend (guitar), Ben Morgan (guitar/vocals/keys), James Kay (bass/vocals) and Isaac Turner (drums).
